What to include
The size of the team, the trackers and repositories you would connect, and any requirement that would be a blocker — single sign-on, user provisioning, a data-retention position, a dedicated deployment. We would rather hear it on the first call than at the security review.
On price
A quote is a number against your own usage with a date on it, not a tier. The Pricing page says what is metered today, and we will want a repository we can run one change against, attended, before either of us signs anything.
