About
An SDLC factory: agents run the stages, people own the decisions.
The production line for software: tickets in, reviewed pull requests out, an engineer’s name on every decision that matters.
The agent does the work. The engineer owns the call.
Software delivery has stages, and every one of them is work an agent can do well and a decision a person should own. We built the line so both are true at once.
What we believe
Four things we will not build around.
Plan before code
Research, a design and a plan are written first, as documents a person signs off. A change that starts from an approved plan can be reviewed against something.
Every change has a budget
Dollars, time and lines. A run that reaches its limit stops and asks; nothing spends unbounded.
Oversight is computed, not configured
The change’s own signals decide how much review it gets and who signs off. Nobody sets it in a settings screen.
Autonomy is earned
An automation runs unattended only after its own record has earned it. And whatever it has earned, it never merges its own pull request.
We run our own line on our own repository: the first change through it with a person in it — plan signed off, pull request opened under the app’s identity, review posted by the agent, merged by an engineer.
A small team, building in the open. The changelog is read from the releases, not written beside them. Changelog →
